865F  Bi-Stretch Lite

Bi Stretch Lite -Light-weight woven stretch fusible, with 2-way stretch interfacing.  It is a very sheer, silky interfacing that creates a very luxurious handle. It will softly support blouses, dresses, and lightweight suit fabrics. Fuses easily to hard to fuse fabrics such as rayon and acetate.
